Shipping

CLMedical completely understands that you may require confidentiality and discretion. We package all our orders in plain packaging. International orders will be marked as “Medical Supplies – Non Pharmaceutical”.

Our tests will be shipped to you using Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service.

We will endeavour to send your order to you within the next Royal Mail collection available after we have received your order. Please allow between 2 and 5 working days. Any larger orders will be sent via Courier or by Special Delivery.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please contact us via email with your transaction no.

Please ensure you use a valid email address when ordering.

Updating Account Information

If for any reason you need to update your account information, please login then click on “My Account”. Amend the details that need changing and save.

If you experience any problems whilst updating details, please contact us.

Ordering

We understand that you may have some difficulty in ordering a product based on a picture or description. If you need any help or have any any questions with regard our products or need any further information, please do not hesitate in contacting us. We will endeavour to help you in any way we can.

Ordering online couldn’t be simpler. Just click on the link of the product you wish to purchase. Then just click on our “Add to Basket” link and then select the number of items you want. Keep adding any further products until you are ready to “Check Out”.

Once you have added all the products your need, click on the “Checkout and Pay” link on your basket page. You will need to fill in all the details on this page, including name, contact, delivery details and then finally you will need to fill in the payment section with your credit or debit card details.

Once you have successfully completed the checkout process, you will then be sent a confirmation email.

Viewing Orders

To View your order simply click on your basket to see all your current orders with us. Please contact us if you are not seeing your orders.

Payment Methods

Online Payments – All our online payments are powered by protex. Provide secure online card processing.

Paypal – We are happy to accept payment via PayPal please email us with your details.

Other Payment Methods - We can also take payment via UK cheque, UK postal order or bank transfer.

Pricing

CLMedical aim to the most competitive in price and service in the drug test field. If you find our products cheaper elsewhere, please contact us and tell us where and we will match their price.

Promotions

From time to time we may email you with promotions that we are currently running. To claim you online promotion, please enter the code in the promotions field when placing your order.

Returns and Replacements

Here at CLMedical we pride ourselves on sending you only the very best test kits. Every test is inspected before it is shipped. If upon receipt your goods are damaged, kindly contact us for your returns authorisation number. You must claim within 3 days of receipt of your order. We cannot offer any returns after 30 days.

Clearly state the reasons for your return and if you require a replacement. If you would like to cancel your order we will offer a full refund within 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for shipping unless the goods received were faulty or there was an error on our part.

Returned products must be completely unused in their original unopened packaging. Ovulation and pregnancy test kits are not returnable due to their being temperature sensitive. Oral and vaginal use products are also non returnable.

Please contact us first before returning your goods to receive email confirmation. If you do not receive email confirmation, your goods will be returned to you without refund.

Orders that are cancelled after processing will incur a 2.5% surcharge. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure which product you wish to order, we are more than happy to help ensure that you are getting the right product for your needs.

Refunds will only be issued for goods, once we have the goods back at our offices.

Privacy and Security

We use Digital Certificates and industry standard Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all your personal details.

CLMedical will only collect personal information for 2 reasons… The first is so that we can fulfil your order and secondly, so that we can give you the very best possible service. We promise we WILL NOT pass any of your details onto a third party.

We may, from time to time, send you emails to provide details of new products or to alert you to any tests kits purchased from us that may be close to their use by date. If you do not wish to receive these emails, kindly contact us and we will remove you from our mailing list.
