Crack is a class A drug which is a different form of cocaine.  It is smoked usually with a pipe or by heating in foil.  It is a strong stimulant but the “highs” are notably shorter than when cocaine is traditionally snorted.  It is highly habit forming with users usually unable to control their habit.

As with all drugs, the users are more at risk of injuring themselves when they are “high” and they can be suicidal when coming down.  Other risks are lung damage, heart problems and convulsions.
