This drug is commonly used by vets as an anaesthetic.  It comes in a liquid form and is available legally in its original format.  It is sold illegally as a powder or as a tablet.

The user experiences a “trip” which includes hallucinating and they may be unable to feel any pain.  This again puts the user at a much higher risk of injuring themselves. The drug can also effect the users breathing which can bring on heart failure.
