Tranquillisers are a sedative and are usually prescribed by Doctors when a patient is experiencing problems with anxiety.  Although they are not illegal, only a pharmacist should prescribe them and it is illegal to supply them otherwise.

The drug when taken produces calm feeling and relives anxiety. Some users take the tranquillisers to counter effect taking too many stimulant drugs.

These drugs are highly addictive as the user sometimes develops a tolerance to them and therefore need to continually “up” the dose to achieve the same effect.

Taking this drug with alcohol or other drugs can prove fatal.
